RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We accept all returns and exchanges (shipping excluded) within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please check your package upon receipt. If the items contained in the package are defective or damaged, we recommend that you immediatelycontact the customer service of Yarihwa – Canadian Native Store. We must be notified of the problem within 3 days of receipt of the package, otherwise no returns will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns and fees and/or taxes on orders.
Returns will not be accepted if the items have been opened or used. The item must be as new i.e., without wear and tear from usage, clean, without odor, without animal hair, as well as with its original tags and packaging.
Additional return fees will apply if the items shipped back are no longer as new. Furthermore, if an item is non-refundable or not in a condition for resale, such as when it has been used or washed, no refund will be made. The item will then be shipped back to you and you will be charged transportation fees of $25.
If you wish to exchange the items received, simply make a return for refund and place a new order thereafter.
How to return an item
- 1. Place your item(s) in a shipping bag or box.
- Affix the packing slip on the package’s outer surface.
- A refund will be issued within seven business days of receipt of your package (we will email you when the transaction is complete).
